How does it work?

The analysis integrates data, comparables, and an understanding of the main drivers of value and risk, with the aim of defining whether and how to proceed.
Following this phase, we formalize a confidential mandate, which establishes:
scope of the operation
goals and timelines
selection criteria for potential buyers
information management methods
We then prepare targeted and controlled information materials, shared exclusively with selected counterparties. Depending on the asset, this phase may include a technical and economic summary, an overview of the asset's potential, and a future valuation analysis, including a description of its key value drivers.
The mandate is the tool that ensures alignment, discipline, and protection of the owner.
