Off-market hotel deals in Italy, aimed at investors interested in the hospitality sector with a structured and selective approach.

CSTARS focuses on independent and boutique hotels, leisure resorts and business hotels, with particular attention to:

  • assets with repositioning or valorization potential,

  • structures in consolidated or highly attractive locations,

  • buy-side and sell-side transactions on hotels already operating or to be renovated.

The project is being developed in collaboration with Artekasa Immobiliare and structured partners, integrating asset analysis, market positioning, operating model sustainability, and long-term perspectives.
