Ceffa Group was created to support investors and owners in complex transactions involving real assets, where method, selection, and process control make the difference. We don't operate like a traditional agency or an automated platform.
Our role is that of direction and advisory, at the service of informed decisions and structured operations.
We call ourselves a "Group" because we work with selected partners, activated in a targeted manner based on the asset and the territory.
We operate as an independent director, with method and confidentiality.
Our main areas are: Piedmont , Lombardy and Liguria , with a focus on Lake Maggiore , Orta and Como .
Upon request, we also carry out operations in selected areas.
What we don't do
We don't operate as a classifieds portal: posting is selective and by mandate only; when necessary, we use controlled or confidential methods.
We do not manage funds or financial products
We do not offer standard or automatic solutions
We don't chase volumes, but quality of operations
We do not force trades that are inconsistent with the context, timing, or nature of the asset.

Founder & Owner of Ceffa Group, Edoardo Ceffa has been working in real estate, hospitality, and complex real assets for years, integrating advisory, methodological, and training. Founder of three startups and a lecturer at international organizations, he has supported over 600 students and professionals in Europe. Ceffa Group operates within a select network of partners, advisors, and operators, built over time and based on consolidated professional relationships, complementary skills, and aligned vision.
We don't work with an indiscriminate network of intermediaries, but with structured entities and leading professionals, engaged in a targeted manner depending on the nature of the transaction and the local context.
Specifically, the project is being carried out in collaboration with Artekasa Immobiliare , a specialized and well-structured company with over 20 years of experience, with the support of its CEO, Andrea Leo, a leading figure in the Novara and Italian real estate sector. This partnership allows us to address management transitions and complex operations with specific expertise, method, and operational continuity.
In addition to these partnerships, the Ceffa Group network includes professionals in the legal, tax, technical, and managerial fields, as well as investors and industrial operators, who are selectively involved in the various phases of the operations.
This approach allows Ceffa Group to operate as an independent management team, maintaining control of the process and ensuring quality, confidentiality, and execution.
